Pleased for both Boro and MC. It's a smart decision. Boro is a perfect fit since MC can continue learning his trade without the premature lure to the PL, as many managers have followed and failed. 2-3 years will give him some solid experience for a no doubt PL club at the right time, and who knows, maybe even an England manage in the making. I wouldn't be at all surprised. Best wishes MC, and Boro for the new season ahead.
